With any business communication, whether to staff or to clients, we have to be aware that time is money – so people do not want to spend a long time reading paragraphs and pages of information, or trawling through a long complicated video.

In a business video your message has to be clear and concise – the content needs to grab the audiences attention from the outset or they’ll click away. ┬áKeep on message and avoid going into too much detail – remember that in most cases your video is a catalyst to engage a client or member of staff so that they want to investigate further, read more or visit a website.
